Sara Botchlet, APRN-CNP Board Certified
As the leader of hormone therapy for Elite Wellness, Sara Botchlet APRN-CNP brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and genuine passion for helping others to her work. She has specialized in women’s health for many years and takes a unique and highly informed approach to caring for clients at all states of life. Ever mindful of how women today stay busy and lead complex lives, she provides solutions that promote wellness, balance and self-care—still while managing families, careers, health changes and more. Her goal for all women seeking help through Elite Wellness is to create exceptional experiences that encourage continued attention and investment in their health.
Sara earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma before embarking on a career working in a variety of healthcare settings. A relocation to Midland Texas led Sara to further her education at Texas Tech University earning a Master’s in science with specific focus on Leadership and Management along with a Nurse Practitioner Certification with a specialty in family medicine. While in Texas, she worked as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery. Before moving back to her native state of Oklahoma, Sara gained valuable experience as a surgical nurse assisting on all types of gynecological procedures. As a Nurse Practitioner for a thriving clinic, she has continued to provide comprehensive health care to women throughout their lifespans, including reproductive/ gynecologic health needs, as well as well-woman care, prenatal/postpartum care, contraceptive management, menopause care, treatment for acute/chronic illnesses and advanced hormone replacement therapy.
Today, in addition to her work at Elite Wellness, Sara Botchlet serves as the past chairman of the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce. She is mother to two boys, Dayton (9) and Reid (4)—both of whom she loves watching play baseball. When she’s not working, Sara loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys trips to the lake to unwind whenever possible.
Lindsay Flaming, APRN-CNP Board Certified
A passion for helping others achieve health and wellness first sparked Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Lindsay M. Flaming’s interest in pursuing a career in medicine. Since becoming a licensed nurse, she has excelled at delivering expert and compassionate care to women at all stages of life.
Now, as a valued team member of Elite Wellness, she provides solutions for men and women of all ages interested in looking, feeling and living better. In addition to vast knowledge and experience with hormone replacement therapy, Lindsay brings more than 14 years of Nurse Practitioner experience to her position with Elite Wellness. Throughout her career, she has helped diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. And she continues to be highly invested in offering primary and preventive health care for all ages.
In addition to her work at Elite Wellness, Lindsay M. Flaming is a clinical trial investigator for medical research. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner Degree/Master’s of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Lindsay worked as an athletic trainer while attending college—an experience that ultimately inspired her interest in helping others and paved the way for her eventual career path.
When she’s not working, Lindsay roots hard for the Oklahoma University Sooners. Lindsay loves spending time with family and friends and relishes time spent watching her children play softball, basketball and dance.

Jessica Pursell,
Office Manager
Jessica brings administrative experience in Family Practice, Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
Jessica resides in Midwest City with her husband Scotty, and their two children, Addisyn & Ayden. In her spare time she enjoys supporting her children in their sporting events, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
Terri Jenkins,
Medical Assistant, RMA
Terri brings over 31 years of experience as a medical assistant in Obstetrics/Gynecology, with experience in Infertility and Maternal Fetal Medicine. Terri delivers unparalleled empathy and warmth, and is committed to providing the best possible care for every patient.
Terri resides in Harrah with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. With a passion for painting and crafts, Terri loves fishing, camping, cooking, and taking trips with family.
Landyn Goad,
LPN
Landyn was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from nursing school in 2020 and has a passion for helping people. Prior to becoming a LPN, she worked at Elite Wellness as an administrative assistant where she fell in love with nursing.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her nieces and nephew at sporting events, and traveling with her husband, Clay. Landyn and Clay are expecting their first baby Ridge later this year.
Jill Reaves,
Administrative Assistant
Jill brings over 30 years of experience, from medical records to transcriptionist to receptionist.
Jill resides in Harrah with her husband, Jay. Together, they have 3 children, Ryan, Matthew, & Blake. Jill is a proud grandma to her two grandsons, Jackson and Caleb. In her free time, Jill likes spending time with her family, gardening, & camping.
Acasha Lubbers,
Administrative Assistant
Acasha joined the practice in September 2017.
From Cordell, OK and currently lives in Oklahoma City, Acasha enjoys crafting and organizing, shopping, traveling, watching movies and the outdoors! In her free time, Acasha enjoys running, rock climbing, and loving on her pup, Miss Scout.
Stacia Barton
Stacia joined the Elite Wellness team in February 2021.
She was born and raised in Choctaw and currently resides here with her husband, Steven, and their two daughters, Madison and Megan.
Stacia loves spending time with her family and friends, working out, and being involved in her church.
