We ask new patients to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for the registration process. Patients who arrive late to a scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid a $35.00 no show fee for regular office visits.
